What you will receive

A printout certified by a notary. You can submit it wherever a file is not accepted - at an office, a court or a bank. With an apostille it also works abroad.

  • checkA notary certifies what is in the file: if the issuer signed it with a qualified electronic signature, you receive an official copy; if not, a notarised copy.
  • checkThe hard copy is delivered by courier - you’ll select it below, along with the turnaround time.
  • checkFor use outside Poland, add an apostille or legalisation; you will then specify the country where the document is to be used.
